Structural construction (Hochbau) covers everything that is built above ground: foundations up to ground level, walls, floors, roof structure and interior finishes. It includes load-bearing work (concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry) and non-load-bearing work (plastering, drywall, stairs, roof truss). Quality here determines the durability, comfort and value of the building.

We carry out structural construction work for single-, double- and multi-family homes, including turnkey on request, as well as industrial construction and building renovation. Our trades include concrete and reinforced concrete, masonry and plastering.

• Masonry: We build load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls in brick, block or other approved materials according to the plans. We ensure correct bonding, cavity insulation where required and integration of lintels, sills and reinforcement.
• Concrete and reinforced concrete: We pour foundations, ground slabs, cellar walls and ceilings, and reinforced concrete elements (e.g. beams, columns, stairs). We follow the structural engineer’s specifications for reinforcement and concrete strength.
• Plastering: We apply interior and exterior plaster (mineral, lime, or designated systems) for a smooth, crack-resistant finish. We can do decorative finishes (e.g. structured plaster) and ensure compatibility with insulation and substrate.
• Drywall: We build partition walls and ceilings in plasterboard or similar systems. This includes framing, boarding, jointing and preparation for painting or tiling. We also install sound and fire-resistant constructions where specified.
• Loft conversion: We open up the roof space, install dormers or roof windows if planned, insulate and finish the new rooms (walls, ceilings, floors) and connect services. We work to the permit and execution plans so that the conversion is safe and compliant.
• Stair installation: We install interior stairs (concrete, timber or steel) according to the plans, including handrails and balustrades. We ensure correct rise and going and compliance with building regulations.
• Roof truss work: We build or adapt the roof structure (rafters, purlins, bracing), install roof windows or dormers, and prepare for roofing (underlay, battens). We work with the roofer so that the structure is ready for the chosen roof covering.

We coordinate with other trades (e.g. roofing, plumbing, electrics) so that sequences and interfaces are clear. For turnkey projects we take care of the structural shell and finishes according to the agreed scope.

• Building permit: We need the approved building permit or written confirmation that no permit is required (e.g. for certain small works). We keep a copy on site for inspections.
• Доступ к площадке: Unobstructed access for machinery and deliveries (digger, concrete lorries, materials). We will agree delivery routes and storage areas with you in advance.
• Plans and specifications: Execution plans, structural details and any material specifications (e.g. concrete class, insulation type). For loft conversions or alterations we need the existing building plans if available.
• Utilities on site: Power and water for the construction phase (for mixing, curing, tools). We can discuss temporary connections if not yet available.

We will agree the exact requirements and schedule with you before starting so that there are no surprises.

Weather: Structural work (concrete, plastering, masonry) is weather-dependent. We plan phases accordingly (e.g. foundations and concrete in suitable conditions, exterior plaster when dry and not freezing). We will keep you informed of any delays.

Duration: Duration depends on the scope – from a few days for smaller jobs (e.g. one room drywall, staircase) to several weeks or months for a full build or major renovation. We will give you a schedule and update you on progress.

Inspections: Certain stages (e.g. foundations, reinforcement before concreting) may require authority or structural engineer inspections. We will coordinate these and only proceed once they are approved.
